Dhildar Niyaz

Dhildar Niyaz has worked in a variety of industries, including automotive, food delivery, e-commerce, and home repairs. Dhildar is currently the Supply Head-Director at CARS24. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director - Supply & Operations, KSA for CARS24 from September 2021 to June 2022.

Before their time at CARS24, Dhildar Niyaz was with Swiggy as Director - Business, Emerging India from July 2017 to August 2021. In this role, they managed the P&L, Planning and Performance & Strategy of Emerging India, a BU that encompasses 400+ cities across India. Dhildar also led a 230 strong on & off roll team in managing an omni channel internal & distributor teams. Under their leadership, the team was able to improve Customer Experience, Repeat Rates, Restaurant Onboarding & Delivery Agent happiness.

From May 2017 to June 2017, Dhildar Niyaz worked as Vendor Manager, Pan EU for Amazon. Prior to Amazon, they were with Housejoy as Category Head from June 2015 to January 2017. At Housejoy, they built the Home Repairs categories from scratch and was responsible for the P&L of 4 Categories – Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry & Painting. Dhildar was also in charge of Demand & Supply forecasting, Growth planning, Offer/Coupon management, and driving Sustainability – Predictability of demand, Increasing LTV (Life Time Value), & Customer satisfaction.

Dhildar Niyaz began their career as Territory Manager for Medtronic in October 2013 and held this position until May 2015.

Dhildar Niyaz has completed a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Anna University.

Their manager is Abhinav Gupta, CEO. They work with Tanay Gupta - Operation & MRL, Naveen Kotana - Supply Head, and Rashi - General Manager - Middle East II Seller Experience + Special Projects.
