Nicolas Karam

Nicolas KARAM has extensive experience in management and operational roles within the food and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as COO and General Manager of Food & Pharma at Groupe CARSO since July 2022, Nicolas previously held the position of General Manager for Hospital Environment Testing at Eurofins Environnement France. From October 2018 to March 2021, Nicolas was Global Vice President for Food at Bureau Veritas, overseeing food strategy and driving innovation across over 100 countries. Nicolas also has a strong background in microbiology and animal health from a prior role at Eurofins and has held various managerial positions at Nestlé, focusing on production management and industrial performance. An early career included internships at Schlumberger and Procter & Gamble. Nicolas holds a master's degree in Engineering and Project Management from CentraleSupélec.
