Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan has extensive experience in the casino and hospitality industry. Tom currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Carson Nugget Casino Hotel since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Casino Operations & Guest Services at BCH Gaming Reno, LLC dba Boomtown Casino Hotel from May 2012 to January 2021. Tom also held various roles at Grand Sierra Resort, including Director of Customer Service from January 2012 to May 2012 and Executive Director of Slot, Poker & Keno from November 2007 to January 2012. Tom began their career at Harrahs Entertainment as the Director of HR, Customer Service, Slot Operations from 2005 to 2007.

Tom Sullivan attended California State University, Northridge from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained a degree in History with a focus on English and Political Science. In 1990 to 1991, they enrolled in the University of Nevada, Reno, pursuing a field of study in Elementary Education and Teaching, but did not complete a degree program during this time.
