Joanna Swanson

Joanna Swanson is an experienced professional in operations and sales management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Advisor Support at Carson Wealth Management Group since July 2018. Prior to this role, Joanna held several key positions at First National Bank of Omaha, including Head of Direct Sales, where responsibilities included managing the Enable Savings Plans and overseeing the growth of NEST Direct. Joanna also served as a Regional Sales Representative for NEST 529 College Savings Plans and as a Retirement Plan Specialist directing strategic initiatives for retirement plan education. Earlier experience includes the role of Business Manager at Union Pacific Railroad, managing a revenue budget of $72MM, and an Advertising Sales Assistant position at Rodale Inc.
