Brian Newberry

Brian Newberry has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as the Senior Director of Operations at SRI Inc, where they led a team and facilitated relationships with funding lines. In 2007, they joined 1-800 Radiator & A/C, initially as VP of Mergers & Acquisitions, where they completed 13 acquisitions and managed post-acquisition integration operations. Brian then served as VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Vendor Relations and Supply Chain, and VP of Corporate Development, where they launched new sales programs and boosted franchise revenues. In 2010, they founded their own family wine label, NEWBERRY Wines, and produced small quantities of high-quality wines. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Business Consultant and Partner at InnoVint, assisting in product development, sales, and onboarding of new clients for their wine industry SaaS platform. Most recently, starting in 2016, they joined CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts as the Director of Franchise Development, and later as the Vice President of Franchise Development, where they developed strategic relationships and drove new business revenue across the Western U.S. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Development at Driven Brands, Inc. Overall, Brian Newberry has demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, marketing, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Brian Newberry attended UC San Diego from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. During that time, they also studied abroad at Macquarie University from 2000 to 2001, focusing on Psychology.
