Aditya Mantri

Aditya (Adi) Mantri is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Carta since December 2019, Aditya focuses on creating tools for transparency in ownership. Prior experience includes roles at AppDirect, where Aditya directed the Checkout UI team and managed customer-facing API documentation, and served as Staff Software Engineer and Engineering Manager overseeing core services in a distributed marketplace team. Earlier career roles include Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where Aditya developed Java APIs for trading applications, and Software Analyst at Infosys Technologies Ltd, specializing in healthcare data verification. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
