Cheyenne Horvat is an experienced professional in People Operations, currently serving as the Manager of People Operations at Carta since May 2022. Prior to Carta, Cheyenne held the role of Senior People Operations Manager at RapidSOS from December 2019 to January 2022, contributing to the development of the world's first emergency response data platform.
