Darren Cole

Darren Cole is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate Fund Controller in Venture Capital at Carta since April 2021, following roles as Senior Accountant and Fund Accountant within the same company. Prior to Carta, Darren worked at PwC as a Tax Associate from June 2019 to April 2021 and gained valuable experience as an Accounting Intern at P&L Bookkeeping & Tax LLC from September 2018 to December 2019. Darren began a career in finance as a Client Service Representative at PNC from May 2017 to September 2018. Darren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kean University, obtained in 2019.
