Jenaé Holdaway

Jenae Replogle serves as the Sr. Director of R&D Recruiting at Carta since December 2021, focusing on enhancing equity ownership through innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Jenae held several key positions, including Director of Global Talent at Rubrik, Inc., and Head of Technical Recruiting at Looker, which was acquired by Google. With a strong background in technical recruiting, Jenae also contributed to GoPro as Director of Global Recruiting and Palantir Technologies as Technical Recruiting Lead. Additional experience includes significant roles at Facebook and Google, where Jenae developed comprehensive recruiting strategies across various technical domains. Jenae holds a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego and an MBA in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
