Mike Fenimore

Mike Fenimore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and financial statement preparation across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Manager, Fund Controller at Carta since July 2021, Mike oversees the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements for venture capital and cryptocurrency funds. Prior roles include Senior Private Equity Accountant at SS&C Technologies, Senior Portfolio Accountant at EA RESIG, and Senior Alternative Investment Administrator at U.S. Bank. Mike has a robust educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Monmouth University. Additionally, Mike participated in a summer study abroad program in Spanish Language and Culture at Universitat d'Alacant.
