Carla Hibbert-Latimer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human rights, community development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B). Currently serving as the Advisory Board Chairwoman for the Crime Prevention and Intervention Advisory Board for Broward and Miami Dade County and as an Advisory Global DEI&B Strategist for the MVP Task Force, Carla specializes in international relations, cyber intelligence, and law enforcement liaisoning. Additionally, Carla holds key positions as an International Relations Principal and Lead Human Rights Officer at the Transnational Cyber Action Committee, as well as Founder and Lead Human Rights Officer at Collective Policing & Justice League. With a robust background in government affairs and advocacy through roles at the Carter Development Group and community development initiatives, Carla has also founded the Black Homeschoolers Network of South Florida. Education includes degrees in Community Psychology and Intercultural Human Rights Law from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and St. Thomas University.
