Dave Chesterman

Dave Chesterman has extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition within the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Carter Express, Inc. since February 2021, Dave previously held the position of Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition-Driver Recruiting at Walmart from October 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Dave spent nearly a decade at Celadon Group Inc., where roles included Vice President of Recruiting and Director of Recruiting. Earlier in Dave's career, positions included Operations Manager at Celadon Trucking Services Inc. and Night Supervisor at Burlington Motor Carriers.
