Conor Sherry is a Principal Consultant at Carter Knight since September 2021, where responsibilities include partnering closely with clients and leading teams to achieve exceptional recruitment results. Conor has functional expertise in strategy, transformation, operations, and technology, with industry alignments that span consulting, public sector, healthcare and life sciences, energy, and sovereign wealth funds. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, focusing on business development and talent delivery across various sectors in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Before joining Carter Knight, Conor worked as a Despatch & Logistics Coordinator at RSBP Ltd and volunteered with Think Pacific in Fiji. Conor holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from The University of Manchester and studied Political Science at Arizona State University.
