Afton Balser

Afton Balser has extensive experience in sales enablement and customer contracts management at Carter Machinery, holding various titles including Sales Enablement Manager, Customer Contracts Development Manager, and Digital Services Specialist since May 2014. In these roles, Afton focuses on educating customers about digital applications, utilizing telemetry data to drive sales and service growth, and fostering continuous improvement within the department. Prior to this, Afton served in the Virginia National Guard from January 2011 to January 2017 as a Distribution and Ammunition Specialist, overseeing motor transport operations and ammunition management. Afton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Military Institute, obtained in 2014.
