Andy Havens

Andy Havens, PMP, currently serves as the Business Improvement Program Manager at Carter Machinery, where responsibilities include defining and implementing management routines for the Executive VP of Operations and developing a long-term strategic roadmap focused on operational metrics and growth targets. Previously, Havens has held multiple engineering and management roles at GE Power, GE Energy Management, Foot Levelers, Inc., F&P Georgia, General Shale, and Cundiff Service Department, demonstrating expertise in operational leadership, lean deployment, and project management. Havens holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College.
