Frank Morse is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the mergers and acquisitions sector. Serving as the Managing Director of Carter Morse & Goodrich since January 1995, Frank Morse specializes in assisting founder-led and family-held middle market companies in executing transactions that enhance shareholder value. Prior to this role, Frank Morse was the President and CEO of UST Bank from 1988 to 1994, leading the Connecticut-based commercial bank subsidiary of UST Corp. Frank Morse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Fine Arts from Trinity College-Hartford, earned in 1961.
