Michael Carter

Michael Carter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial services and mergers & acquisitions. As Managing Partner at Carter Morse & Goodrich since 1987, Michael has played a crucial role in advising middle market business owners on maximizing shareholder value during transactions valued between $20 million and $200 million. Additionally, Michael has served as a Board Member at World Business Capital since 2010. Prior experience includes a Vice President role in Commercial Lending at Chase Manhattan Bank and a sales position at Olga Company. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BA in Psychology and Economics from the University of Rochester.
