Nicole Hoekenga - Russo

Nicole Hoekenga - Russo is a highly experienced leader in the fields of business and finance, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for CBIA and an advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Second District Advisory Council. With a background in distressed debt as a former Vice President at GE Capital, Nicole has also contributed as a member of the Board of Advisors for multiple organizations, including Carter Morse & Goodrich and Ultra Pure, LLC. Additionally, Nicole leads Microboard as Chief Executive Officer and chairs the Board of Directors at The WorkPlace. Educationally, Nicole holds a BS in Business from Salve Regina University and has completed advanced programs at esteemed institutions such as Yale School of Management, Harvard Business School, and New York University, focusing on leadership and strategic thinking.
