Janel Fillinger

Janel is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at Carterra. Janel is passionate about building teams and company culture, while identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives and driving growth through change management. She has been leading financial teams for over twenty years. Her diverse experience includes the role of Chief Financial Officer of Clinical Innovations as well as holding numerous positions of increasing responsibility at both US and international divisions of C.R. Bard (now Beckton Dickinson). Janel started her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Janel earned a BS in Accountancy from Kansas State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is a licensed CPA.
