Ric Galle

Ric Galle has a long history of working in the field of service engineering. Ric began their career in 1992 as a Service Engineer at Anthos Labtec. In 1997, they became a Service Manager at Columbia Bioscience, where they designed a new micro plate washer and established BOM and SOP for assembly. In 1999, they moved to Hitachi Software as a Service Manager, providing customer service and support on over six product lines worldwide. In 2006, they became President of PRS Scientific LLC, working with high-tech laboratory instrumentation used in forensic science analysis of DNA for criminal prosecution as well as paternity testing laboratories and other DNA research facilities. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Field Service Engineer III at OpGen, Inc., installing and maintaining Argus* Optical Mapping systems worldwide. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Field Service Engineer II at MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC., where they were a product specialist on newly developed instruments and instruments currently in R&D. Ric currently serves as a Sr. Field Service Engineer at Carterra.

Ric Galle attended Lincoln Technical Institute from 1991 to 1992, where they earned an Associate degree in Electronics Technology.
