Jill A. Wilson

Jill Wilson has over three decades of experience in human resources and talent management. Jill currently holds the position of SVP at Carter's and has previously worked at Macy's as the Group Vice President. Jill has a strong background in organizational development, corporate communications, and employee relations. Prior to Macy's, Jill held roles at Rich's/Lazarus/Goldsmiths and Foley's. Jill is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism.
