Raquel Drai has extensive experience in retail operations and management, currently serving as the Senior Retail Operations Manager at Cartier since July 2009. In this role, Raquel is instrumental in ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client services. Prior positions at Cartier include serving as an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of Cartier North America and as Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications. Raquel's experience also includes boutique management at MANGO and ownership of Cotoneli Luxury Baby Brand. Earlier roles at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP involved executive assistance and coordination for international business affairs. Raquel Drai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
