Samantha Koffler

Samantha Koffler (Rosenstein) currently serves as Manager of Learning & Development and Core Programming at Cartier, where responsibilities include facilitating and measuring the application of learning for commercial and corporate roles across North America. Previously, Samantha developed learning initiatives at the Cartier 5th Avenue Flagship boutique through blended-learning strategies. Additional experience includes a role as Manager of Learning & Development at Tandym Group and Project Specialist in Global Sales & Client Operations at Tiffany & Co. Prior to these positions, Samantha was a Classroom Teacher for the NYC Department of Education. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Literacy Education and Curriculum Development from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from American University.
