Kim Kavanagh has extensive work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Kim started their career at Maldron Hotels & Partners, where they worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant and later as a Food and Beverage Supervisor from 2010 to 2013. Kim then joined CarTrawler in 2013 and held various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Senior Customer Service Representative, and Customer Operations Team Manager. In these roles, they focused on delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams. From 2018, Kim took on more leadership roles at CarTrawler, including Outsourced Performance and Support Manager and Contact Center Operations Manager. In their most recent position, they served as the Head of Contact Operations, where they were responsible for owning the service delivery of the company's in-house operations teams and maximizing efficiency in people and processes.
Kim Kavanagh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Marketing from Technological University Dublin, completing their education from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they earned a Level 5 Award in Leadership Essentials Programme from ILM in November 2017 and a Level 5 award in Learning and Development- Implementing coaching and mentoring from CIPD in October 2016.
