Ceri Twist

Ceri Twist has over 25 years of experience in promoting independence and enhancing the lives of individuals in the community. Currently serving as the Independent Living Services Manager at Cartrefi Conwy since September 2014, Ceri focuses on a person-centered approach to support tenants in their homes and communities. Prior to this role, Ceri worked as the Independent Living Manager at Conwy County Borough Council from September 1998 to December 2013, where leadership involved managing teams to foster empathy, motivation, and innovation, ensuring a person-centered service delivery.
