Phillip Ryder

Phillip Ryder has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Phillip is currently the CEO of Caruth Protection Services, LLC since July 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Corporate Development at Shermco Industries from September 2018 to April 2020. Before that, they worked as the Director of Private Equity at Highland Capital Management, L.P. from October 2014 to April 2018. Phillip also served as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2013 to October 2014. Phillip started their career as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company in June 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Bain Capital Credit from August 2005 to January 2010.

Phillip Ryder graduated from The Wharton School in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Phillip then pursued further education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Management & Strategy.
