Caitlin Shircliff is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, specializing in the procurement and management of Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipment (FF&E) as well as operating supplies and equipment (OS&E). Since April 2022, Caitlin has worked at Carver & Associates, Inc., having previously held similar roles at Beyer Brown and HPG International. Caitlin's expertise encompasses developing project budgets, collaborating with designers and contractors, managing purchase orders, overseeing project accounting, and maintaining vendor and client relationships. Over the years, Caitlin has consistently demonstrated the ability to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery and implementation of projects.
