Jim Lindeman

Jim Lindeman has over 10 years of experience in the mining industry. Jim started their career in 2005 as a Mechanic at URS, where they operated a Lube Truck and performed equipment oiling. In 2006, they joined Goldcorp Inc as a Maintenance Planner, responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities for a fleet of heavy mining equipment. Jim also worked as a Mechanic, performing repairs on heavy mobile mining equipment.

In 2016, Lindeman joined Silver Standard Resources Inc as a Leadman Maintenance A Crew, leading a team and ensuring tasks were completed safely and efficiently. Jim also served as a Mobile Equipment Supervisor at Marigold Mine, overseeing up to 20 craftsmen and ensuring the safe and efficient work of the team.

From 2018 to 2021, Lindeman worked at SSR Mining Inc as a Maintenance Supervisor. Jim supervised maintenance activities and was responsible for the safe and efficient work of the team.
