Maddlyn Sivilli serves as the Director of Programs at CASA DC since December 2021, having previously held positions as Division Manager of Programs and CASA Supervisor, Education Specialist. Maddlyn has been with Teach for America Hawaiʻi since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing hiring and licensure programming for approximately 130 corps members annually. Maddlyn's past experience includes working as a Virtual Learning Specialist at Selected, focusing on teacher and family coaching, and serving as a Fulbright Fellow, acting as a cultural ambassador. Prior roles include teaching at the Hawaii State Department of Education and participating in Teach for America Hawaiʻi, where Maddlyn created and implemented relevant curriculums in a Native Hawaiian community. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Davidson College and a Master of Science in Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University.
