Vinicius Ventorim

Vinicius Ventorim has extensive experience in executive leadership and business management, currently serving as Diretor Executivo and Diretor Comercial e Administrativo at Politintas Ltda since May 2002, and as a Franchisee at Casa do Construtor since April 2021. Vinicius held the position of Presidente at CDL Jovem Capixaba from August 2004 to August 2008, where significant contributions were made to the development of young business leaders through training, educational fairs, and social initiatives. Education includes an MBA from Saint Mary's University, advanced leadership training from Fucape Business School, and various programs in business administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
