Kristen Lewis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advocacy and program management within the foster care and nonprofit sectors. As the Program and Legal Director at CASA for Children of Multnomah, Washington, Columbia, and Tillamook Counties since June 2020, Kristen designs training programs and advises CASA volunteers on legal procedures. Additionally, Kristen serves as a Board Member for the Alliance to Cure Cavernous Malformation, providing policy analysis and advocacy. In 2022, Kristen acted as the Legal Consultant for the Oregon CASA Network, offering expertise to support numerous local CASA programs. Previous roles include advocating for transitional-aged foster youth with CASA of Ventura County, serving as an attorney for the Children's Law Center of Los Angeles, and working as an Associate Attorney at White O'Connor Curry LLP. Kristen holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
