Selina Pena

Selina Pena has a diverse and extensive work experience in the coffee industry. Selina has worked in various roles and positions over the years. Selina began their career at Buzz Bakery in 2011, where they worked as a Manager until December 2012. Selina then joined BIG BEAR CAFE LLC as a Manager from February 2014 to August 2014. In 2013, they became a General Manager at Cognoscenti Coffee and held the position until March 2017. Selina continued their career at Commonwealth Coffee Company as a Barista from August 2017 to March 2020. From February 2018 to March 2020, they served as the General Manager at Caffe Figurati inside The Source, focusing on the customer experience while delivering high-quality drinks and sweet treats. In May 2020, Selina took on another Cafe Manager role at Ritual Coffee Roasters, staying until November 2020. Selina then worked as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Baratza Llc from December 2020 to April 2022. Selina's next role was as a Barista at Linea caffe from April 2022 to November 2022. Selina then became a Manager at Champers Social Club from October 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Selina is an Operations Manager at Casa Nela, starting in March 2023.
