Sara-Marie Wiechmann Borges

Sara-Marie Wiechmann Borges has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sara-Marie currently works at casavi GmbH as a Product Operations Manager, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded CoWomen in February 2018. Sara-Marie also worked as a Product Manager at migRaven GmbH from August 2020 until March 2023.

Before transitioning into their current roles, Sara-Marie had experience as a Senior Consultant Team Lead at MACH AG from March 2014 to August 2018. Additionally, they worked as an intern at UNICEF from February 2012 to July 2012, and at Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) in February 2010 for a brief period.

Their early career involved working as an Administrative & Research Assistant at the European Council on Foreign Relations from September 2009 to January 2010. In this role, they demonstrated various skills such as strong linguistic abilities, knowledge of European and international relations, event organization, and exceptional organizational skills. Sara-Marie Wiechmann Borges completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Social Sciences from the University of Cologne, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Cities at King's College London, which they obtained in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Sara-Marie has also obtained certifications in the field of requirements engineering and business process management. Sara-Marie became an IREB - Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering in May 2016 through iSQI GmbH. Furthermore, they acquired the OCEB 2 - Certified Professional in Business Process Management certification in December 2015 from OMG.
