Victoria Sonoda-Casper

Victoria Sonoda-Casper has worked in various roles and companies. Victoria started their career at Viridian Reclaimed Wood in 2016 as a Customer Service & Shipping employee and later transitioned to the role of Inside Sales in 2017. In 2019, they joined Cascade Energy, Inc. as an Office Manager, responsible for overseeing office operations. In 2020, they took on the additional role of DEI Coordinator to support Cascade's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of DEI Specialist, where they collaborate with stakeholders companywide to promote employee education and engagement in DEI topics while providing reporting and communication on DEI program initiatives.

Victoria Sonoda-Casper completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Sustainability from the University of Portland Pamplin School of Business. Victoria attended this institution from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, Victoria also obtained a Certified DEIB Specialist certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in March 2023. Victoria further holds a Certified Notary Public certification from the State of Oregon, obtained in November 2021.
