Currently serving as the National Municipal Sales Manager at Cascade Engineering, Matt focuses on providing solutions to the municipal solid waste and recycling industry. Prior to that, Matt worked as a Public Sector Sales Rep at Waste Management and as a Communications Consultant at Midwest Wireless. With a Bachelor of Arts and Associate of Arts degree from Bethany Lutheran College, Matt Maes has a proven track record of growing business, negotiating agreements, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
