Julie Harrelson

Julie Harrelson is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in the startup and venture capital industries. Julie is currently the Managing Director at Cascade Seed Fund, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to their current role, Julie served as the Founder and Managing Director of Cascade Angels from 2009 to 2016, where they were responsible for building the organization from the ground up and raising over $10M in capital for early stage companies.

Before their work in the venture capital industry, Julie was an executive at a number of startups, including Emerging Growth Company Experience, where they served in various leadership roles from 1999 to 2009. During their time there, they helped grow the company from a small startup to a multi-million dollar global enterprise.

In addition to their work in the private sector, Julie is also a public speaker and panelist on topics related to entrepreneurship, venture capital, and women in business. Julie has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Inc. Magazine, among other publications.
