Dory Dyer

Dory Dyer is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Cascade Orthopedic Supply since April 2014, Dory previously held the position of Store Manager/Operations Manager at Zappos.com from May 2001 to August 2009. Dory holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from California State University, Chico, completed in 1996.
