Chad B Fullmer

Chad B Fullmer has a diverse work experience in various healthcare companies. Chad B started their career at WorkSite Health in 2001 as a Physical Therapist. Chad B then moved on to Independence Rehab in 2004, where they held the role of Chief Business Development Officer/ Physical Therapist. In 2005, they became a Board Member/Owner at Envision Home Health and Hospice, where they provided home health and hospice services. In 2014, Chad joined Cascades Healthcare as a Partner/Board Member and later became the Chief Clinical Officer in 2020. In 2015, they also became a Managing Partner at Cascades at Riverwalk. Chad B also worked as a Managing Partner at BRP Health Management Systems, Inc from 2018. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated their expertise and experience in various healthcare roles.

Chad B Fullmer attended Brigham Young University from 1992 to 1995, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Physical Therapy at Governors State University, earning a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT).
