Tom Moore

Thomas Moore has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Thomas started their career as an intern at Excel Entertainment Group in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at Hewlett-Packard/Marketstar as a Business Manager and Account Manager. Thomas then joined the Ensign Group in 2005, where they served as the CEO Administrator for subsidiary companies, City Heights Health Associates and Bernardo Heights Healthcare. During their time at Ensign, they successfully turned around two companies and received awards for their outstanding leadership. In 2010, they became the CEO/Administrator of Victoria Healthcare and Rehabilitation, where they achieved the highest profitability in the company's history. Thomas later moved on to Provo Rehabilitation and Nursing in 2011, where they served as the CEO/Administrator and tripled profitability in 2012. In 2014, they became the Administrator at Hillside Rehabilitation Center. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief Operations Officer at Cascades Healthcare since 2016.

Thomas Moore received an MBA in Business Marketing from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Media Music from Brigham Young University. Thomas also holds a certification as a Health Facility Administrator from the State of Utah.
