Justin Ledgerwood

Justin Ledgerwood is a professional with extensive experience in quality management and production supervision. Currently serving as the Quality and Food Safety Manager at Cascades since January 2019, Justin developed a plant Quality Control Plan that significantly reduced customer complaints by over 91%. Additionally, Justin enhanced the document control system and training program, increasing employee training participation from 45% to 96%. Prior experience includes roles as Production Supervisor at Cascades, MPI Operator at O'Fallon Casting, and QA Specialist at RTI International Metals. Justin began a career in service as a Transportation Specialist in the US Army from September 2004 to November 2009. Educated at Southern New Hampshire University, Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management with a focus on Project Management from 2018 to 2022.
