Maxime Loisel

Maxime Loisel, CRIA, currently holds the position of Regional Human Resources Director at Cascades, where duties involve supporting and coaching ten manufacturing sites across Canada and the USA within the Cardboard and Moulded Pulp Business Units since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Granit Design, Human Resources Director at Résidence Wales Home, and multiple positions at BRP, including Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Labour Relations Advisor. Additional experience encompasses work as a Human Resources Advisor at Bradken, a Human Resources Technician at Couche-Tard, and six years of service as an Infantry Soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces. Maxime Loisel obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval between 2005 and 2008.
