Rick Parr

Rick Parr has over 30 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management within the manufacturing sector. At Cascades since September 2008, Rick has held several key positions, including Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Mill Manager, and Maintenance and Engineering Manager. Prior experience at NewPage Corporation from December 1992 to September 2008 includes roles such as Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent, Assistant Utilities Superintendent, and Electrical Project Engineer. Rick obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, completing the degree from 1988 to 1992, and graduated from Mondovi High School in 1988.
