Chase West

Chase West is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at Cascadia Health since January 2023. In this role, Chase provides consultation for employees requiring protected leave under OFLA and FMLA and engages in the interactive process with employees under the ADA. Previously, Chase worked as a Recruiter at Actalent from April 2022 to November 2022, managing the full life-cycle recruiting process and conducting compliance checks. Prior experience also includes event staff responsibilities with the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter and coaching competitive gymnastics at Precision Elite Gymnastics. Chase holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Portland State University, supplemented by education from Mt. Hood Community College.
