David Wolfe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international affairs, finance, and climate investment. As a Senior Consultant at BATNA Consulting Group since February 2005, David specializes in operations and communication strategy for both public and private sectors, alongside carbon offset project development and strategic planning for corporations. David founded and served as CEO of Inguo.io, Inc., a pioneering causal analysis firm, from July 2019 to August 2023. Previous roles include Director of Operations at the NY State Governor's Office of Storm Recovery, Associate Executive Director at the Kashmiri American Council, Human Security Analyst at Riskline, and Editor at Ai-Eye Culture and Entertainment Magazine. David holds various degrees and certifications, including a Master’s in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Certificate in International Negotiation from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
