Ruth Bell has been with Cascadia Consulting Group since 2005, starting as a Senior Manager and currently serving as the Owner and Co President. With 28 years of consulting experience, Ruth manages the Climate & Natural Resources line of business, focusing on policy development, program design, and implementation for various jurisdictions. Projects under their leadership include sustainability planning, climate adaptation, energy efficiency, water conservation, and behavior change evaluation.
