Jessica Moeller

Jessica Moeller has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Jessica is currently serving as the Immediate Past President of CFMA Orange County, after previously holding the positions of Orange County CFMA Board Member, Chapter President, Vice President, and Secretary. Before joining CFMA, Jessica worked at CASCO Contractors, where they held the roles of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and Director of Finance and Accounting.

Jessica Moeller earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management from California State University, Fullerton. Jessica attended the university from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Jessica received a Certificate in Finance Essentials from Brandman University in May 2022. In March 2020, they completed an OSHA certification from Osha Outreach Courses. Jessica obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from ExpertRating Inc. in June 2019. In February 2019, Jessica became a Notary Public through the California Secretary of State. In September 2018, they earned the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Construction Financials) certification from Procore Technologies. Jessica has also completed the AcuMax Index Analyst certification, although specific information regarding the month and year of completion is not available.
