Jeff Rosenberg

Jeff Rosenberg has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jeff is the founder and CEO of CMS: Case Management Solutions, a role they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Director of HMO Case Management at CareRite Centers from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, they also served as the Director of Case Management at The Riverside. Before that, they had multiple roles at Nassau Extended Care Facility, including Assistant Administrator from 2013 to 2014 and HMO Coordinator / Admissions from 2012 to 2013.

Jeff Rosenberg holds a Bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
