Matt Cook

Matt Cook is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure management and service delivery. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since February 2022, Matt oversees IT operations including security, infrastructure, and project management. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Cloud Resilience and Continuity Consultant at Citizens and spent six years at Doosan Information & Communications America as an Information Technology Manager, leading a team and managing IT and ERP support. Matt's previous experience includes roles as Director of Infrastructure at OAKLEAF Waste Management, Senior Systems Engineer at Argent Software and Pfizer, and Project Manager at Mercy Hospital. Matt's foundational experience began in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant. Matt holds earned credits in Sports Medicine from the University of Connecticut and Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University, along with Business Administration from Manchester Community College.
