Neil Rogers

Neil Rogers is an accomplished professional in the rail operations sector, currently serving as the Director of Rail Operations at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Neil held the position of Vice President of Rail Operations at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. from February 2021 to July 2024, and also served as Director of Operations for Rail-Served Transfer Stations. Prior experience includes serving as President of Technical Rail Services and Director of Rail Operations for Epic, Synagro’s rail transportation company. Neil's career began as a Data Control Specialist at Lockheed Martin IT supporting the US EPA. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Wilkes University.
