Nicole Gardner has had extensive work experience in various marketing and brand management roles. Nicole most recently worked at Casella Family Brands as the Global Marketing & Portfolio Lead for Premium Wines, where they managed a global portfolio of 7 brands and was responsible for long-term business strategy and global brand marketing. Prior to that, they were the Retail Marketing Lead for Inghams Group Limited, where they delivered strategic planning and integrated marketing initiatives for the Ingham's Masterbrand.
Nicole also held roles at Pernod Ricard as a Global Senior Brand Manager, where they worked on the New Zealand Wines Portfolio and Jacob's Creek brands. Nicole has experience as a Marketing and Brand Strategy Consultant, partnering with a range of clients on strategic marketing initiatives. Nicole'sprevious roles include Brand Manager positions at Nestlé, Goodman Fielder, Cadbury Schweppes Australia, Bacardi Lion, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, and Lion Nathan Australia.
Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and innovation skills, as well as experience in brand, category, and trade marketing activities. Nicole has also managed teams and participated in mentorship programs.
Nicole Gardner has a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Marketing and sub-majors in Advanced Advertising and Management from the University of Technology Sydney. Additionally, they completed the WSET Level 2 Award in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2016.
